DESTINATION
Becoming a destination, with a fourteen-page spread and article in the world-famous Cabana Magazine, is the launching pad of FRIENDS of the Batcher-Frost Foundation.
The time is now. Investing in developing the pulse and place for our Traveler to Rest by showcasing the parts of the Batcher-Frost Heritage that will stir the emotions of our Traveler.
This fund will map out this story and provide activities inside and outside this Historic Batcher Block space. The main floor is a way to welcome our travelers and encourage them to stop, stay, and be our guests as they experience our story and share theirs. Enjoy “Little Italy” and fall in love with history.
TOURS
Tours of the worldwide Cabana celebrated National Historic Theater will open the doors on weekdays and weekends with reservations for all levels of tours. The rock of our project is THE TOUR.
We will produce and capture the walking tour and develop our brand to expose the features and benefits of “Little Italy,” Ghost Kitchen, the Grand Hallway, the Lobby, and the Ticket Office with Podcast table talk.
For 117 years, we have been the Traveler’s rest. Today, we are building the Foundation to last another 100 years.
LAUNCH our 1st Season, WINTER 2025-2026
TOURS by Candlelight is highlighted during winter as the “FRIENDS of the Batcher-Frost Foundation spotlight their first season, Winter. The Community Carolers and Musicians’ talents are all around. Cookies are being baked; textile artists are rendering costumes. All are in preparation for the big three-week, every-year progressive production of “A Christmas Carol.
Our first Season is only the beginning of Building the Foundation of our Traveler’s Rest with this Historic Message of a Historic Production. Winter 2025
